Perodua Smart Assist PSA (Bantuan Kecemasan)

The following are some important fact about PSA.

What is PSA (Perodua Smart Assist)?
PSA is an auto emergency program or breakdown assistance. Its membership is given free to all new Perodua customers.

What to do when a vehicle breakdown?
Don't panic!! Customer will have to call the toll free number at 1-800-88-5555.

What is the validity period?
It is valid for one year, starting from date of vehicle registration.

How could a customer continue the membership after one year?
The customer will have to join Kelab Automotif Perodua (KAPMA) and still enjoy the free towing service but without the benefits of PSA... ( refer the benefit of KAPMA).

How much does a customer have to pay to join KAPMA?
The joining fee is RM10.00 (applicable to first year only) and the membership fee is RM50.00 (renewable every year)
Year 1 = RM60.00 (RM10.00 + RM50.00)
Year 2 onwards = RM 50.00

Do customers have to pay for towing?
As member, Towing is free to nearest Perodua authorized service centre for maximum of 20km from town area.

Kelab Automotif Perodua Malaysia or better known as KAPMA was formed in 1998 to foster better relationship between Perodua and its vehicle owners.
KAPMA membership is open to all Perodua vehicle owners aged 18 and above. There is RM10 entrance fee and RM50 annual fee. Members are given an exclusive membership card that allows them to enjoy attractive benefits.

Maintenance Service Perodua

Maintenance dan penjagaan kereta yang baik terhadap kenderaan atau machine amat penting untuk pemanduan yang selamat dan mampu menjimatkan keseluruhan cost. Periodic Service Maintenance dibuat bagi menjaga keadaan kereta Perodua anda dan menjangka kemungkinan2 yang tidak perlu dengan membuat pemeriksaan semasa Service. Perkhidmatan Service kereta adalah perlu bagi membolehkan kereta anda beroperasi dengan Standard yang sepatutnya.

Harus di ingat. Setiap kereta perodua baru yang anda beli perlu di Service pada bulan pertama atau 1000km yang mana sampai dahulu. Kalau kurang jalan ikut bulan, kalau kuat jalan ikut Kilometer.Selepas itu baru lag kereta di service mengikut jadual every 5000km or 3 month, whichever come first. Atau, every 10,000km or 6 month, whichever come first.

Contohnya1: Refer Kilometer (See ODO on meter kat Dashboard) Hari ini anda dapat kereta, kemudian kawan-kawan atau keluarga ajak jalan-jalan pakai kereta baru tu pergi ke penang dan pergi Singapore dan pergi ke Genting Highland. Lepas tu, jalan-jalan cari makan di area kepong, Petaling Jaya hingga ke Damansara. Dalam masa seminggu kolometer kereta sudah sampai 1000km. Maka, anda Patut membawa kereta anda untuk dibuat pemeriksaan dan Service di pusat Service yang di iktiraf oleh Perodua.

Contoh 2: Refer Date (From date of Delivery) Hari ini anda dapat kereta. Anda kurang pakai kereta kerana tempat kerja dekat saja, atau pakai untuk ambil anak pergi dan balik dari sekolah. Sekali sekala, pakai untuk pergi pasar beli sayur sahaja menyebabkan kilometer kereta anda tak sampai 1000km walaupun sudah sebulan pakai kereta baru ni. Maka anda perlu jugak menghantar kereta anda ke Pusat Service Perodua, walaupun kilometer kereta anda sangat rendah.

Senarai Pusat service Perodua terdekat boleh di dapati di dalam buku Service & Warranty Booklet anda. Anda di nasihatkan menghubungi pihak Service Center terlebih dahulu bagi memudahkan dan melancarkan operasi Service. Walk-in pun boleh tapi Call for appointment lagi baik, supaya you orang boleh arrange and plan masa. Anda juga boleh dapat estimated cost and masa yang di perlukan semasa melakukan servicing.
